He served as CFO and COO of a PE-Backed portfolio company, where he led a private equity–backed turnaround and drove measurable performance improvements. He also served as Director of Finance and Accounting at a high-growth startup, where he enhanced financial strategy, operations, and employee satisfaction. Across these roles, Adrian consistently delivered performance enhancements by aligning strategy with execution and developing high-performing teams.
